Summit Point in Edina, MN offers one bedroom apartment homes for older adults and qualified individuals with disabilities. Each unit has a private entrance, separate dining room, and individual AC unit. Amenities include controlled access entry, community room, computer lab, onsite laundry, and elevator.

At Summit Point, qualifying seniors aged 62 or better only pay approximately 30% of adjusted gross income for rent.
